Knowledge Transfer is the orderly identification and distillation of ideals, theories and practical presentation of information for the purpose of educating others to benefit mankind.
Although knowledge transfer is not thought of as a unique result of human interaction, it has occurred with varying success throughout recorded history. When the first human provided information on how to catch a fish, kill a predator or design a safe living space; mankind had engaged in the business of knowledge transfer.
Throughout human existence, people have benefited when knowledge was transferred and suffered a lost during geo-political struggles such as war; and natural calamities. From acquiring the knowledge to build the great Pyramids at Giza to the loss of the Royal Library of Alexandria, the ability to transfer knowledge continues to plague man as he attempts to evolve. Politics, economics, natural disasters like global warming and earthquakes have heightened the need to collaborate on the very source of human existence -- the health of planet earth and its ability to sustain life.
PROJECT
The TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website’s goal is to establish a global platform to enhance and continue to share knowledge by:

The Millennium Archival Project -- designed to capture for posterity the current global scholars in 45 disciplines by highlighting their achievements; and providing answers to the ongoing questions in their disciplines.

Listing the top vetted speakers in 45 disciplines of knowledge so current practitioners and organizations in those fields might better communicate and interact during scientific/professional meetings.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Knowledge Transfer should be the goal of all geo-political entities, individuals and private concerns.
The absence of effective communications continues to be a significant barrier between countries, organizations, cultures, religions and ethnic groups.
It has long been held that the university community, private sector, associations, governmental and other non-aligned organizations function independently with less than a clear understanding of each other.
The TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website, www.topspeakingdocs.com, is intended for discipline specific collaboration within our 45 target groups of disciplines. If you belong to any of the four targeted user groups in the website’s 45 disciplines, please register for those that fit your individual and/or group needs:
User Group I. Speakers make presentations to colleagues and others within a specific or related discipline. If you have participated as a vetted presenter or speaker in professional settings, you may wish to list yourself in this user group.
User Group II. Organizations that present continuing education programs in one or more of our covered disciplines may wish to access the TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website data base of speakers for your organization’s members, employees and affiliated individuals.
User Group III. Members of each discipline covered by the TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website are encouraged to sign-up. This includes all people who have training and/or experience in one of the listed disciplines.
User Group IV. Sponsors/ Strategic Partners are public and private companies, organizations; and government or non-governmental entities wishing to support the efforts of TopSpeakingDocs Knowledge Transfer website.
Vetting……Since this is a private site where all individuals are encouraged to participate and share in knowledge transfer, all persons and organizations applying for membership are vetted. All information is listed by Language-Discipline-Region.
